We’ve identified a bug affecting users who change the language in the app under the Profile settings.
In some cases, switching the language may cause your available scan credits to reset. We understand how frustrating this can be and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
🛠 What to Do
If this has happened to you, please reach out to us via the Support section in the app and create a short support ticket. Our team will quickly restore your previous credit balance.
🔄 Until the Fix
We’re already working on a permanent fix. In the meantime, we kindly ask that you avoid switching the language setting unless absolutely necessary.
